pastel pastel - playlist + pins.

Pastels. I love them.
They look good enough to eat, always look sweet and on hair, makeup, clothes and even exteriors they can be worked. Pastel hair is somthing that I LOVE at the moment, and pastel purple lipstick is somthing that I have been working into my daily look.

Summer is here and I'm looking forward to:
1. My holiday in Mauritius.
2. Starting my new job at Costa.
3. Starting my third year at uni.

I have moved into my new flat in Bristol for third year with my two friends Zoe and Ffion, in Cotham/Stokes croft area and I love it. I can't wait to sample more of the culture around the area, for example Meat Liquor and Pocos. I'm excited to have more time to spend on my art, photography and sewing.

Currently this summer I've enjoyed going to El Dorado festival, and T in the park, although I haven't posted much on here recently, I hopefully will keep you guys more up to date!

DON BROCO/ VIDORRA

So a few weeks ago, my boyfriends flatmate and my friend Will hosted a house party.

At this party, not only did my friends band play, Vidorra, a pop punk four piece  Lauren Figurski - Vocals | Kenneth Vestby - Guitar | Will Cross - Bass | Jordan Crowden - Drums (check them out!!!!) but so did Don Broco. My favourite band ever!
The party was covered by kerrang magazine, and was essentially supposed to be a secret and small gig. However a couple of hours later, there were footprints on the ceiling, sofas in the kitchen and the police turned up.
Don Broco were amazing, and super friendly and they were even better this time I saw them compared to last, which was a few years ago, thank you Vidorra and thank you Don Broco!
Keep up with everything Vidorra by checking out their FB page, and catch them in shows all around Bristol.

SUMMER - 2015

Summer. A time for fun, tanning, festivals and holidays!

This past year I spent my summer at various festivals across the UK, and in Greece with my family.
I went to Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Fieldtrip, Love saves the Day and Arcadia all across the UK. Here are some photos from them all, as well as from my holiday.
I have to say out of all them I absolutely adored SGP, however the rain did put somewhat of a dampener on the frolicks (get it) A highlight for me was deffo the paintfight, and of course J.E.S.u.S (Jackmaster, Eats Everything, Skream & Seth Troxler). Boomtown was great and the massively diverse mix of music styles (including Gentlemans Dub Club and Stephen Marley) not to mention the fabulous actors really made the festival feel like our own city. Fieldtrip was a new festival set up by a group of friends in the Wiltshire countryside and the lineup included Redlight and Gotsome.
Bring on festival season 2016!
